Pat
Dillon got hooked on soap making after taking a workshop with her
mother and sister. She enjoys the creative aspect of blending
oils and herbs to make something that makes people feel good. Pat
is originally from Long Island and followed her sister and aunt
when they moved to Lancaster and Downingtown, respectively. She
has lived and played in West Chester, King of Prussia, Phoenixville,
and Pottstown.
For the past five years, Pat has been selling her handcrafted
soaps at the Phoenixville Farmers Market where she has responded
to customer input and requests to make unique soaps for specific
needs. Jewelweed soap was formulated to help with poison ivy and
goats’ milk for those with eczema. A local artisan who co-founded
the Phoenixville Firebird Festival requested beer shampoo bars
and later beer with Dead Sea Mud soap. So you’ll never know
what kind of soap Pat will make next!
Try a bar of handcrafted soap and see what a difference it makes.
