Sherry
Falese was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana. She moved to
Pennsylvania in 1983 and to Chester County in 1992. She has two
sons attending college in Pennsylvania and one in Grad school in
California. Sherry has worked for 9 years in the Coatesville Area
School district as an instructional aide for the special education
department. She started at the elementary school where the boys
attended and currently works at the high school campus.
Sherry has been doing various handcrafts for more than 20 years.
She began sewing for dolls at age 10 and has progressed through
the years to many areas of interest.
Her passions include quilting, doll making and more recently knitting. The
Daughters of the American Revolution have recognized Sherry
for quilting, doll making,
and historic preservation with national first and second place awards. Although
first learning to knit as a girl scout, her interest was peaked 3 years ago
with an introduction to felted wool handbags. The product line
