The Creative Hand is a membership organization. In order to offer your work for
sale, you must join our cooperative. Participating Membership, our
programs for local artisans, offers the opportunity of being involved
in all facets of the cooperative. You will participate as a member-owner
of our retail store, including renting space, working in the store.
We share suppliers, talents, etc.
Call for an appointment to learn more about membership and selling
your handcrafted products. Day, evening, and weekend jurying times
are available. Please call the store for information. 610-363-1677
THE JURYING PROCESS
To insure that our customers are provided with high quality handcrafted
products, our Standards Committee reviews all product lines to be
shown in the shop. All interested artisans must present a sampling of their works to
be reviewed by the committee.
We suggest that the artisan bring five to six items of the best work
in the categories in which he/she wish to be accepted. Categories
include: POTTERY, CERAMICS, WEAVING, PRIMITIVE WOOD, DECORATIVE PAINTING,
FLORAL DESIGN, SEWING, FOLK ART, SCULPTURE, ETC. All jurying is done
by appointment. Day, evening, and weekend times are available. Please
call the store for information. 610-363-1677
